Following their successful rebrand in 2018, DREC wanted to expand their online presence and improve customer experience. Teamed up with Standard UI/UX team to design a new web and customer management portal. We took a deep dive into their business process, interviewed existing customers and tenants and devised a sitemap and content strategy that focused on clear CTAs and clean site design. We also worked with the teams to organized their property database writing descriptions for different properties and making data ready for web.
